The R Companion to STATS2

Preface

This is a guide to conducting the analysis demonstrated in Stat2: Modeling with Regression and ANOVA (Cannon et al. 2018) using R, with a focus on using tools and techniques from the Tidyverse.

This guide assumes some prior familiarity with R programming, so that it may focus on demonstrating the content from STAT2, rather than teaching R wholesale. Thankfully, there are many free resources introducing R programming and tidyverse packages the reader may take advantage of to gain this familiarity. Below are a few books which provide a mostly comprehensive introduction:
